Dear Sir/Madam :

We are pleased to introduce as an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company and a leading Business House of India engaged in Manufacturing, Exports, Imports, International Tendering, Distribution and Financing.

We are well reputed and recognised name in Global market. We are purchasing a huge quantity of Steel - Billets, Bars, Pipes & Tubes, Angles, Channels.

We wish to confirm you that we have a requirement for huge quantity of Steel Billets, ST37.2 or Q235, Size : 130 x 130x 12000mm which we want to finalise immediately. Quantity as much as you can supply on weekly basis.

We would be highly appreciated if you could kindly send us your detailed offer along with the following by return :-

a) ISO Certification of the Mills
b) Full Corporate Offer (FCO) inclusive of all commission.
c) NCND Agreement.
d) Mill Test Certificate (MTC) for ST37.2 or Q235 (A or B) grade.

We request your offer latest by 08.05.2007.

Since we are planning to visit China by next to finalise our requirement; we can visit you also if your price is competitive and terms attractive.
